Threadnado is owned by Andrew Matusko, CEO of Threadnado, and managed by Dyanne Marte, Chief Learning Officer at Threadnado. Threadnado was founded in 2022 as Kronto, LLC and is a business run out of northern California.

Dr. Dyanne Marte is the Chief Learning Officer and is an an educator, entrepreneur, and college professor focused on fashion, design, marketing, online business, and other topics. Dr. Dyanne has 18 years of experience teaching at the collegiate level. In addition, she has run several successful online businesses and has worked in the industry for over 25 years.
